Welcome
August 2011:
Welcome to the new Web Site of Friends of the Napa River!
The design is based on WordPress. We’d like to invite you to interact with us. Please check out the tabs and links on this page and let us know your comments, feedback and suggestions simply by clicking on the symbol above.
Our Board Meetings are usually held on the first Monday each month, 5:00pm at our office, 68-B Coombs Street, Napa.
Our mission
“To be the community’s voice for responsible protection, restoration, development and celebration of the Napa River and its watershed through education and advocacy.”
Our organization works to uphold our dedication to the conservation and restoration of the Napa River watershed. We look to the support of the people of our community to keep our mission going. We are proud of the many advances that have been accomplished with the Napa River Flood Control Project and various restoration projects that have developed over the years.
Check our Project Overview for more details on our work.
We are an all-volunteer organization, funded by personal and community donations. We invite you to become a member of our cause!
