Honoring the Napa River Rutherford Reach Restoration Project
California State Capitol, May 21, 2012: Senator Noreen Evans introduced the Napa River Rutherford Reach Restoration Project on the Senate Floor and presented a resolution to the Rutherford Dust Society recognizing their leadership in this pioneering restoration project. Assembly Member Wesley Chesbro introduced the Project on the Assembly Floor. Friends of the Napa River are actively involved in the project and received a certificate of recognition.
The vintners hosted a late afternoon wine tasting party attended by several senators and assembly members, including Senators Noreen Evans and Lois Wolk, Assembly Member Wesley Chesbro and Governor Jerry Brown.
